It is with deep regret we inform the brothers of the Eastern Region of the passing of our 11th Eastern Regional Director, Dr. Clayton McNeil. Brother McNeil became a member of the first line of the Delta Delta Chapter on October 15, 1966 at Coppin State College. Bro. McNeil became a charter member of the Epsilon Nu Sigma Chapter in Baltimore County, Maryland on April 19, 1972. Through his dedication to Sigma, Bro. McNeil became the 11th Eastern Regional Director of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Bro. Clayton McNeil was a longtime faculty member at his alma mater – Coppin State University. His professional career also included being named VP of Student Affairs for quite some time. Bro. McNeil was a Scholar, Educator, Mentor, Family Man and Friend to many, just to name a few. Brother McNeil will truly be missed by his immediate family, his Sigma family and those his life and work impacted.
