It is with heavy heart we announce that Bro Wesley T. Carter, the oldest living member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc, has transitioned to the Omega Chapter. On February 18, 1927, Bro. Carter was initiated into the Lambda Chapter (Virginia Union University). For 85 years Bro. Carter remained an active member at the local, regional and national level.
Services will be held at the Virginia Union University Chapel, this Saturday, June 30th, at 11:00a.m.
